Summer is my favorite time of year. Sun tea and lemonade, warm nights, bonfires at the beach. Not to mention having something ready to shoot.
So I bought a new video camera, made some new URL friends (contrary to IRL friends), and am feeling totally motivated. I can’t wait until we have our own studio space, but it seems the more I talk about it the more I jinx it from ever happening. We’ve been focused on making money for long enough, it’s time to just do what we love doing. Peter has multiple short film scripts ready to go, and I have the prologue to Rory’s First Kiss nearly completed. Shooting should commence next month.
I’ve been exercising, eating fruit, and trying to not be on my computer for more than 6 hours a day. This is a new chapter in my life. We’re finally going to truly make something of ourselves, I can feel it.
